Volunteering
Lakehill Soccer is a volunteer run organization and we rely on volunteers to provide our programs. We expect every family to volunteer at least 5 hours this season.
Uniforms
*Returning players will not be receiving uniforms for the Winter 2021 season. New players will be contacted by the Uniforms Director upon registration.
Financial Aid/Kidsport Grants
In cases of financial difficulty, Kidsport Victoria may provide grants to cover registration fees (this does not include uniform sales). Kidsport applicants should complete the online registration process (proof of application will be required) and select the "Office Payment" option. Kidsport grants do not automatically renew and must be applied for annually. Visit Kidsport Victoria for details. In the event of a withdrawal, Kidsport grants are refunded directly back to Kidsport; never to the applicant. If you need assistance with your Kidsport application or if additional financial assistance is required, please contact the Lakehill Registrar.
Withdrawals/Refunds
For Winter 2021 refunds will only be issued for players who have had to withdraw due to medical conditions, and a doctor's note will be required. For refund requests, please use the format/template under Refund Requests. Lakehill Soccer reserves the right to revise this section at any time.
CCRA Child Fitness Tax Receipts
Child Fitness Tax Credits were eliminated in the 2016 federal budget and will no longer be issued.
