Ok, read everything carefully?
Lakehill Soccer is a volunteer run organization and we rely on volunteers to provide our programs. We expect every family to volunteer at least 5 hours this season.
Jerseys: For Fall 2020, uniforms may be optional - this is still to be determined. Players U11 to U18 have the option of buying a Lakehill jersey for $25. After the uniform is purchased, it may be worn in future seasons if it still fits, is in good condition and the same style. Players U5 to U10 are supplied new shirts to keep at no additional charge at the beginning of each season.
Shorts: Lakehill Soccer provides new shorts at no charge to youth players at U11, U13, U15 & U17. Players U11 and up who are new to Lakehill Soccer will also receive a free pair of new shorts. Seniors and returning youth players at U12, U14, U16 & U18 who require new shorts, will be required to pay for them. Shorts can be purchased through PowerUp - choose the Clubwear option.
Socks: All youth players are issued new socks annually.
Financial Aid/Kidsport Grants
In cases of financial difficulty, Kidsport Victoria may provide grants to cover registration fees (this does not include uniform sales). Kidsport applicants should complete the online registration process (proof of application will be required) and select the "Office Payment" option. Kidsport grants do not automatically renew and must be applied for annually. Visit Kidsport Victoria for details. In the event of a withdrawal, Kidsport grants are refunded directly back to Kidsport; never to the applicant. If you need assistance with your Kidsport application or if additional financial assistance is required, please contact the Lakehill Registrar.
For Fall 2020, Lakehill Soccer will be guaranteeing full refunds for the month of September. Pro-rated refunds may be offered after this date, though the LISA/BC Soccer portion of fees is non-refundable. After October 1st, refunds will only be issued for players who have had to withdraw due to medical conditions or have been accepted to play in BCSPL/Metro/Select. For refund requests, please use the format/template under Refund Requests. Lakehill Soccer reserves the right to revise this section at any time.
CCRA Child Fitness Tax Receipts
Child Fitness Tax Credits were eliminated in the 2016 federal budget and will no longer be issued.
